Standard Cleaning

Service description and overview

This service is designed for those looking for a recurring cleaning service; weekly, biweekly, monthly, or quarterly services are offered. This service is also perfect for those looking for a simple refresh of their entire home.

The Standard Cleaning service covers the entire residence, excluding attics or garages. You can request some rooms to not be cleaned by notifying your cleaning crew, or keeping doors shut.

Brief service information and highlights:

1. Vacuuming, mopping, and scrubbing floors: Floors are cleaned with a strong vacuum, followed by mopping with the appropriate cleaner and polishing the floor material (if applicable). In some residences, gentle scrubbing of flooring may be required to remove stubborn stains or material on the surface. Carpeted floors will be vacuumed only.

2. Dusting: In every room that is serviced, every surface ranging from ceiling trim to baseboards will be dusted as long as it's easily accessible. Areas that are hard-to-reach will not be dusted; these areas will be determined by the cleaning supervisor on duty.

3. Disinfecting high touch surfaces: Surfaces such as light switches, handles, table and counter tops, and door surfaces will be disinfected using a cleaner meant for disinfecting all surface types.

4. Polishing certain appliances and furniture: After cleaning certain appliances and/or furniture, the surfaces may be polished using the appropriate polishing product.

5. Cleaning and wiping surfaces: Every surface will be cleaned and wiped. This includes removing dust, stains, fingerprints, drink condensation rings, etc.

6. Other general cleaning tasks: Other general cleaning tasks may include removing cobwebs, degreasing surfaces, scrubbing toilets, etc.
