Field Supervisor
Our Field Supervisor role is responsible for overseeing residential cleaning teams and jobs, ensuring that quality service is delivered, maintaing company standards, and supporting employee development. This role conducts thorough inspections, helps in training employees, resolves customer concerns, and ensures that crews operate efficiently, safely, and professionally. Responsibilities: Supervise and support other cleaners, conduct regular and thorough job site visits and quality inspections, provide coaching and training to cleaning staff, ensure employees follow company procedures, safety standards, and cleaning standards, assist with onboarding new team members, identify and correct quality issues prompty, maintain quality assurance records and inspection reports, ensure consistency across all cleaning teams and locations, address customer questions and concerns professionally, conduct follow-up calls or visits to ensure customer satisfaction, assit in resolving customer complaints, build positive relationships with clients to encourage recurring clients and referrals. Safety Information: Provide safety raining and monitor safe work practices, maintain compliance with company policies, state safety guildelines, federal safety guidelines, and safety procedures set by the company, report accidents, incideints, or equipment issues promptly, ensure proper handling and storage of cleaning chemicals and equipment. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent, 3+ uears of residential experience required, previous supervisory or team leadership experience, strong communication skills, strong customer service skills, excellent organizational and problem solving skills, valid drivers license, reliable transportation, ability to use computer and mobile applications / programs / software. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds. Ability to perform cleaning-related activites throughout the day. Compensation: Hourly wage beginning at $21.75/hour. Bonuses included at the end of each quarter. Paid time off. Working Hours: 7AM to 5PM, scheduled between times listed.
