Our Standard Cleaning service is perfect for those looking to begin a recurring cleaning schedule with us, or for a simple refresh of your home.


This task list outlines what our cleaning crews complete within your home. Items marked with an asterisk (*) are extra services and count as an additional charge.

Please note, not every home will follow this exact checklist. Each home has its unique needs; therefore, some homes may be cleaned using a modified version of this task list.


General Cleaning Tasks (applies to all rooms), including but not limited to:

  • Dusting of:

    • Ceiling trims and ceiling corners

    • Lights and hanging light fixtures

    • Hanging decor Items and wall decor Items

    • Door and window trims

    • Window curtains and blinds

    • Appliances

    • Shelving and cabinets

    • Furniture

    • Any other items, if applicable

  • Cleaning, Wiping, Sanitizing (if applicable), and Polishing (if applicable):

    • High-touch surfaces

    • Tables

    • Counter tops

    • Cabinets and cabinet handles

    • Doors and door handles

    • Door trims

    • Window blinds and trims

    • Exterior surfaces of appliances

    • Chairs

    • Shelving

    • Decor items

    • Any other items, if applicable

  • Vacuuming floors:

    • Hard floors

    • Carpet

  • Mopping floors:

    • Hard floors only

  • Polishing floors:

    • Hard floors only

  • Remove trash

  • Reorganize certain items (such as moving found books onto shelves)
